This is by far the best 3PL I have worked with. We get instant communication from their team and they are adaptable to our unique products and packing instructions. We can visit anytime and see our inventory as if its our own warehouse. If I'm in a pinch, they will unload a truck and get our pre-sale orders out the same day! We are also saving a ton on shipping. I highly recommend working with Payam and his team.

I could not be happier with a 3PL company. We are a small business start-up and we ran into a LOT of problems with other 3PL companies. Several of them won't store certain products, they have tons of hidden prices, no real customer service or even a phone number where you can call someone and talk to them directly. ShipBots is none of that. I can reach my customer service rep anytime, even on the weekend.
